How can I make ice cream/frozen yogurt without a machine? - frozen yogurt ice cream

I would like an imitation of Red Mango is not off at home, but I think it is more than frozen yogurt complicated.

You can easily make ice cream without a machine by mixing your ingredients either in a can or in a ziplock bag. If you have two large coffee cans, one smaller one that fits into a larger one with some space to spare between the two, mix your ingredients in the smaller can and close it well. Put it inside the bigger can. Fill the space between the cans with ice and then at least a cup of salt. Seal the can, and roll it back and forth for twenty minutes.
If you can't find two cans like this, you can do the same thing with two resealable plastic bags. Fill one, seal it, put it inside the second, larger bag with ice and a cup of salt. Roll it around for 20 minutes - but use a thick towel to hold it, or you will freeze your hands badly. For ideas of what to put in your can or bag - check out my recipes at The Ice Cream Maker. Enjoy!
