Since narcolepsy is genetic, could it be caused by a mutated recessive mitochondrial DNA gene? - narcolepsy & bladder
Although men do not give mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), and women do not do this, both sexes are still inherited the gene. As a woman, if both parents do not currently have narcolepsy, could be a recessive gene is inherited mitochondrial DNA?
